This tool was developed by Patient Forward with Megan Donovan, and the Center for Advancing Innovative Policy (CAIP). The process for creating this framework was based on generous input and thought-partnership from stakeholders including organizers, policymakers, and subject matter experts.

This tool is inspired and adapted from the work of Critical Resistance, as well as subsequent tools created by UpEnd, National Survivor’s Union Sex Workers, and others.
